NuraSeed ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the NuraSeed mobile application.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us:

• Account information: email address and display name when you create an account.
• Health data: medication logs, follicle measurements, cycle information, journal entries, and other health-related data you choose to enter.
• Usage data: how you interact with the app (anonymised, used only to improve the app).

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the NuraSeed service.
• To sync your data securely across devices.
• To send you account-related emails (e.g. email confirmation, password reset).
• To improve the app's features and user experience.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encrypted storage and secure authentication. We use Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure your data is accessible only to you.

We never sell your personal data or health information to third parties.

Health Data

NuraSeed handles sensitive reproductive health data. We treat this with the utmost care:

• Your health data is stored only in your personal account and is not shared with other users (except a partner you explicitly link).
• We do not use your health data for advertising purposes.
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

Biometric Authentication

If you enable Face ID or fingerprint unlock, biometric data is processed entirely by your device's operating system (iOS Face ID / Android BiometricManager) and never transmitted to our servers.

Third-Party Services

NuraSeed uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication (Privacy Policy)
• Resend — transactional email delivery (Privacy Policy)
• Google Fonts — typography (no personal data transferred)

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Export your data in a portable format.

Children's Privacy

NuraSeed is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice in the app. Continued use of NuraSeed after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
