How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

How do I link a partner to my account?

Go to your Profile tab and tap "Invite Partner". Enter their email address. They'll receive a notification in the app when they sign in — they can accept the invite from the home screen.

Is my health data private?

Yes. Your data is stored securely and is accessible only to you (and a partner you explicitly invite). We never sell or share your health information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I enable Face ID / fingerprint unlock?

Go to Profile → Settings → Biometric Lock and toggle it on. You'll be prompted to authenticate to confirm. After that, the app will require Face ID or fingerprint each time you open it.

Can I export my data?

Yes — go to Profile → Generate Report to create a PDF summary of your cycle data that you can share with your care team or save to your files.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at hello@nuraseed.com with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll process it within 48 hours, permanently removing all your data.
